2. Information We Collect via Google OAuth & Authentication
When you choose to sign up or log in using Google OAuth 2.0, we collect only the minimal data authorized by your consent:
- Primary Google Email Address: Used strictly to identify and authenticate your account.
- Full Name & Display Name: Used to personalize your dashboard experience and community interaction.
- Profile Picture / Avatar URL: Used strictly to render your user profile icon inside the application interface.
"Stock Radar's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements."
We do not sell your Google user data, share it with advertisers, or use it for training generalized artificial intelligence/machine learning models.
3. How We Use Your Information
All data gathered is processed exclusively for explicit functional purposes:
Authentication & Security
Securing user login sessions, password recovery, and protecting private user watchlists.
Alert Delivery
Dispatching real-time BSE regulatory filings, morning agenda digests, and watchlist notices directly to your paired Telegram account.
Subscription Management
Facilitating subscription activation, Tier 1/Tier 2 plan upgrades, and managing billing ledgers.
4. Third-Party Service Providers & Subprocessors
We integrate with verified, industry-standard infrastructure providers to deliver our core services:
Supabase Cloud (Database & Authentication)
Stores user profile records, watchlists, and encrypted session tokens with strict Row-Level Security (RLS) policies.
Razorpay (Payment Processing)
Processes subscription checkout transactions securely under PCI-DSS compliance. Stock Radar never collects, stores, or accesses raw debit/credit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs.
Telegram Open Platform (Alert Dispatch)
Transmits automated exchange filings and morning digests exclusively to users who explicitly link their private Telegram accounts via single-use verification tokens.
Resend (Transactional Emails)
Dispatches essential system emails such as password reset links, welcome guides, and billing receipts.
5. Data Retention & Right to Account Deletion
We retain your personal information only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you services.
How to Request Full Account & Data Deletion:
Users may request full deletion of their account and all associated personal data (watchlists, profile metadata, paired Telegram bindings, and discussion history) at any time:
- By emailing compliance@stockfilingradar.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email.
- Or by submitting a ticket directly via the in-app Diagnostic Support Desk.
Upon identity confirmation, all account data is permanently purged from our primary database within 30 calendar days.
6. Statutory Grievance Redressal (Rule 3(2), Information Technology Rules 2021)
In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, Stock Radar has designated a Grievance Officer to address user complaints, privacy concerns, or reports regarding content violations:
